The concert programme offers recordings from domestic festivals such as the Bratislava Music Festival, Melos-Ethos, Allegretto Žilina, Convergence and a number of interesting domestic events. Foreign stages are represented by the biggest festivals such as the BBC Proms, Salzburg Music Festival, Utrecht Early Music Days and other prestigious events, which we broadcast through the offer of the European Broadcasting Union - EURORADIO.

In the session Festival reminiscences we will have the opportunity to be part of the 16th International Festival of Contemporary Music Melos Ethos 2022. We will listen to the recording of the concert of the Czech ensemble Agon orchestra dedicated to an important figure of the Czechoslovak underground Egon Bondy. The concert took place at Moyzes Hall in Bratislava on 12 November 2022 and the programme features a mix of works by Czech-Slovak composers across generations who have commissioned Agon Orchestra to create new settings of Bondy’s texts. They are: Petr Kofroň, Petr Wajsar, Ľubomír Burgr, Daniel Matej, Marek Piaček and Peter Zagar. Although the 90th anniversary of Egon Bondy’s birth was commemorated in 2020, it is nevertheless important and right that, albeit belatedly, the musical community has commemorated the personality of Egon Bondy, who was born in Prague and died in Bratislava, in the form of a new work.
