Notes

A documentary that depicts the Municipal Swimming Pool - which influenced the life of the multinational society in Košice - through capturing memories. It was a place where not only national but also property differences were blurred. In a sense, the old swimming pool personified democracy. The documentary will not only be a sentimental picture of the old swimming pool, but also the director's own testimony of belonging to a place and people. The film is composed of several stories set at the Old Swimming Pool in Košice between 1936 and 2002. (STV)
