“Dizzying fluency and excellence of the highest order”

The British Contemporary and Experimental Music Ensemble “Apartment House”, which was awarded the Royal Philharmonic Prize in 2012 for their contribution to chamber music, is coming to Turkey for the first time to give a concert at Cso Ada Ankara!

Founded 25 years ago and since then performing in hundreds of halls all over the continents, Apartment House is also one of the ensembles that regularly perform at Wigmore Hall, one of the most prestigious concert halls in England and Europe, as part of the artistic cooperation programme. The works of Slovak, British, Lithuanian, Canadian, German and American composers in the programme to be performed by Apartment House in Ankara will probably meet the audience in Turkey for the first time.

Beginning with Haiku, an early work by John Cage, one of the most legendary composers of the 20th century, the concert opens the doors of different worlds to the listeners in this very special concert, with a variety of works that are striking, inspiring and offer unexpected landscapes while soaring in the boundless sky of modernism...
